Hello Family and Friends,
WOW!! I can't believe it's already November! Where has the time gone!! And, to make it stranger there is no snow! It's getting cool here in WA but not what I'm used to.
This past week has just seemed to go by in a blink! This week we had two meetings on Tuesday! One for my companion, and then one for me! It was a really amazing experience! We had the opportunity to listen to the Mission President, his wife, and the Assistants. It was revelatory, and I came away from the meetings with new insights and a bigger desire to serve the Lord more!
This week we also had exchanges! It was fun, I was able to work on the other side of the city! I had the chance to get to learn from an amazing sister that just makes me laugh! Hardly felt like an exchange due to the fact that we live with the sisters!
Halloween was an awesome day! Started it off by getting caramel apples from our Bishop! Then went an spent time with one of our investigators who's back has been bothering them for some time, and her family doesn't really come visit her, so we went and made cookies with her and shared our testimonies on service. Later, while inside, we carved pumpkins and had time to get to know our companions better!
And another miracle we saw this week was our Spanish Branches sacrament meeting was almost completely full! Lately it's only been about half, but with the end of the harvest season and with our reaching out to Less Active members, the numbers doubled! It was an amazing sight! And many of those who hadn't been to church in a while went up and bore their testimonies! It was a blessing to witness the growth!
Hope everyone has a great week and stays warm!!
Love,
Hermana Dee
