Hello Family and Friends!! I hope everyone had an amazing week!
This week has been tons of fun, tons of laughs, and some tears! This past week we spent p-day with a family in the Toppenish Spanish Branch! And it was so much fun!! We even went around Granger and we got to "walk" amongst Dinosaurs!! So much fun! Sad part, had to start saying goodbye to many people that I love from Toppenish! :( Even though I was only in Toppenish for 6 weeks, it will always be my greenie area for the WYM.
Transfer day came, and was LONG! But, I finally arrived in East Wenatchee and met my new companion, Hermana Alcocer!! And she is awesome! She trained my trainer, and we have tons of fun together! We laugh all the time and we get work DONE! We were blessed this past Sunday with 2 investigators that came to church! And they are AWESOME!!
Two Funny stories! First one: When I arrived in Wenatchee, my new companion was super excited, she got a GPS, and I have one as well, but because I had used mine, and hers wasn't charged and our car charger wouldn't work, both of our Liahonas (GPS's) DIED! We could not stop laughing. Just our luck, in this HUGE area!
Second Funny story!: We stopped by to see a Less Active member, and she started feeding us Chiles, SIX different kinds. I thought I was going to start breathing fire or something, my word. But they all tasted good, until I couldn't taste anymore! Hahaha. Life as a missionary is never dull!!
Hope everyone has a great week! Rember to CTR!!
Love,
Hermana Dee
