Week 2 -- El CCM

1/14/2015

Hola familia y amigos!
This week has just flown by! I love the CCM and Spanish is getting easier! I love my District, I never thought I could bond with people so fast, but they seriously are my best friends and mission family! The Elders are great! They carry my chair and desk outside when we want to study in the sun! Which lets be real, is all the time!! I need el sol!!!!

As a district, we hang out for almost the entirety of our 16 hour days and I seriously would not have it any other way! We study together, eat together, and exercise together! Its great! All the teachers love us because we are all super excited to learn and to speak the language, and are just all around positive! ALL TEACHERS wish they had us! We are seriously one of the best districts here, we get along great and are willing and wanting to learn! WAY TO GO 11-A!

Best thing this week and I am sending a photo! On Sunday afternoon, we were studying outside and this one elder fell asleep! And I am pretty sure the photo shows how the misioñeros en el CCM feel pretty much every day! It made me laugh super hard! I hope it makes you laugh too!

Craziest thing this week: While doing our service project, I found 2 dead cockroaches and 1 live one! YAY... Not. Hahaha. Oh and I found out an Elder in my district can sing higher than me, that was pretty crazy!

As a district, we do a testimony every Sunday night after our Devotional, and I shared my testimony of prayer and i spoke of the Gulkana! It was awesome! And an Elder spoke of a similar experience but just camping not rafting!

My address to send letters is:

The food here is amazing!! I eat all the time, and most of its Mexican food! With Pizza night from Costco on Tuesday!

Hope all of you are doing great! I know that I am, I love being an Hermana!
Till next week!

But I am still
