Hello Family and Friends!
Wow, time sure is flying by, and people say time only gets faster as the mission goes!
This week went by crazy fast. I can hardly believe that it is Monday again! This week we had an amazing Zone Training, and while there one of the Zone leaders asked, "What are the blessings of the hard things?" and that really got me thinking. It's truly in the hard times of life that I have grown up. In these hard times/things, I've learned not to just rely on my own strength, but to turn to Jesus Christ. He's always there stretching forth His hand, waiting for us to ask, to call out to Him, to help us. So, this week I would like to ask each of you to take a minute or so, and think of what blessings you have received from the hard things too.
Another cool thing this week is I re-found this one amazing scripture. Ecclesiastes 3: 1-8, it reads:
1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;
3 A time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up;
4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;
5 A time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing;
6 A time to get, and a time to lose; a time to keep, and a time to cast away;
7 A time to rend, and a time to sew; a time to keep silence, and a time to speak;
8 A time to love, and a time to hate; a time of war, and a time of peace.
Each and everything has a time. And there is always good times that will come with the bad, but the good times always come as well. Even the hard time will pass.
Hope Everyone has a great week!
Love,
Hermana Dee
